Carrie Becker
Although her formal education is a BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa, Carrie found her love for libraries in 2000 after starting a family. She began her library career in Charles City at the public library where she worked for 15 years. She simultaneously worked 5 years in a school library at Lincoln Elementary School in Charles City. She has attained her certification as a library director through the State Library of Iowa and is excited to be a part of the New Hampton community. Carrie has one husband, two grown children, and three lazy house cats.
